Astrology for Susi 2009

JUST LOOK at the red and green lines on these two charts: not too much stuff - some nice green ones (easy energy flows) and RED lines (harder energy flows).

And so, for you, overall, your chart looks like there is alot of little challenges in life, but overall, the world presents you with a nice combination of easy and not so easy energy. The planets, at the moment, are somewhat challenging (upper RHS).... stronger conflicting energies, but nothing catastrophic, in general... ........

NOW, below these two charts, are the three charts showing the transiting planets, over your chart, for the next three days... as you can see, the transiting planets trigger ALOT more stuff in your chart - lots of red lines, and also quite a few green ones.

WHAT does this mean????????

well, it means that things are rather complex for you, in general, more complex than what the actual days present. There is a tendency to go back, into yourself, to worry, to fret, to feel overwhelmed, and confined.... and all of this is very maneagable. Also, this type of stuff will go on for quite some time - throughout the entire year, and so it is best to get a handle on it now, rather than later. at times, so much will be happening for you that the load may seem somewhat unbearable at times, unless you take the correct stance... from your spiritual stronghold!!! and then...... the rewards will be absolutely wonderful!!!

I am not promising a total heaven on earth scenario, should your spirit take charge and stay in charge, ......... more like, this promises to be a year when lots of hard work can be done,and many rewards will be received from that work.......

to achieve these rewards, and to master your harder tasks, here are a few reminders to help you one your way:-

1. In time and space, life can seem rather confining, but outside it all is YOUR spirit!! it is HUGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and it takes this particular life rather seriously, especially when working to serve the world at large.

2.Your spirit is infinite, infatiguable, expansive and fun loving.

3.You know your spirit better than anyone else on earth here, and so, make very good intimate friends with it over this coming year, and help it get it's work done...

4.and most importantly, be a little audacious, be fun loving, relish new opportunities, instead of dreading their weight.

5. rejoice in powerful rituals, keep your self balanced and calm when things begin to "whirr" about you, and enjoy your moments of spiritual solitude and hidden acts of courage that only you can feel..........

6. relish in the challenges, and above all .... believe that you can do ANYTHING that you set your mind to.... just stop looking BACK in worry!!!

Now, are you familiar with fractal theory, Mandelbrot's equations that lead to those beautiful patterns from mathematical calculations? (no, not the Benoit Mandelbrot that pigs out on food in my back yard! The REAL Benoit Mandelbrot!!! the mathematical wizard!)

The basis, appears to me, that everything has an essence, and from that essnce flows a most wonderfully totally unique pattern. This pattern, is, however, repeated in different way, perpetually changing, but always, the same "essence keeps appearing, coming through in different ways.

Well, i had a look at some of your patterns, as the astrology chart can give this information, and when i linked up this patterning with the Sabian symbols, I discovered the following:-

when we are born, our first breaths somehow become one with the planet earth, and the solar system, and then, this breathing keeps echoing its pattern, into our life force, and our time here on earth. Th first patterns of breath are somehow echoed over and over again throughout our lives, but form more complex, and intricate patterns of life. However the basic essence is still the same.

AND so, when i look at the first half hour of your life, i came up with the following:-

(now, i chose to limit myself to the first half hour of your life due to three particular signs. I won't go into them, but the signs were very clear, as to when i should stop, say enough is enough, I HAVE found the patterns that i am after.... to explain to you!!!)

and so... here they are....

firstly, in your chart, there are planetary configurations that form strong tensions, for quite a number of months with transiting planets...... indicating that you will somehow grow very strong, and your character will become stronger, and more disciplined (especially in joyful approach).

secondly, well here are the patterns:-

**you are proud, lucky and brave, you love to party and fellowship with others, your sense of ritual and worship is strong, and you discover love when you least feel like you are going to.

**when love and rituals become strong in your life, your life can become "dizzy", but gathering strength from the past, spiritual ancestors, past achievements, can ground you again.

**eventually you wake up from your disturbed, repetative worrying, sense of confinement and groundhog days to master your senses and emotions, do what others only dream of doing, and have amazing moments of absolute peace, like a calm boat on a blue ocean, with seagulls flying about, but still experiencing hypervigilance or worry at what may be next to happen.

**You then go inward, connect with your greater spirit, awaken in strength and gather more spirits about you to perform important rituals.

**You do this largely feeling alone and unrecognised, but have unwavering braveness, and gather the child within to remember to play along the way.

**eventually you then find deep inner peace, alone, with your spiritual kind, but your spirit remains largely unkown to others - it is a mystery to those about you, but to you it is great strength, and united with like spirits.

**finally, as the cycle comes to a close, you see the magic of the dawn, the awesomeness of where you have come from, and where you spirit IS. You can delight in simple social events with a free mind and relaxed attitude, and through an inventive, funloving but serious mind, you create beautiful spaces in existence, drawing on past resources.

and THAT is THAT... the essence of you that i have glimpsed. thiese cyclical events go on and on... sometimes a struggle, sometimes an epiphany, sometimes, just moments of bliss, and fun... always giving to the world, always becoming more of a mastered person and spirit...... so,, don't forget... when times get tough?...... you are well and truly up to it!!! and more!!

Astrology for Sahaja Yoga Activities in Swan Hill this Australia Day Weekend

25th January 2009 Swan Hill, Australia (6.19am EST - daylight saving time)

My friend Susi, who has followed Sahaja Yoga for many years now, has asked me to offer some western astrology inspirations for the upcoming activities in Swan Hill, Australia this coming Australia Day Weekend.

Listening to Shri Mataji speak at the Brisbane City Hall many years ago, she appears like a living treasure in the world, inspiring thousands of people to love, hope, practical spirituality and self reflection.  Shri Mataji offers her life and wisdom- free- to the world, although I am sure that there has been considerable costs to her, as she nurtures and instructs the followers of Sahaja Yoga.

I have a deep respect for what this global Sahaja Yoga community is achieving in the world.

And now to the astrology of this coming Australia Day weekend.

I would suppose that many of the Sahaja Yoga followers use the Indian Astrology. I am not an Indian Astrologer. I am an Astrologer of the "western" variety.

And so, my astrology is about the western interpretation for these few days.

Mercury will still be retrograde on these days, allowing reflection on ideas and life - a "holiday" mentality.  

Just before SUNRISE:  (6.20am Eastern Daylight Saving Time, Australia)Sunday, 25th January, 2009.

• emotions, combining with activities and actions, will stimulate our ideas
  

Much of this will take part in the subconscious.

The planetary bodies of the MOON,MARS & MERCURY, are fully risen at this time. 

Just above the horizon, they will be in the TWELFTH HOUSE, (deep sleep, faith, dreams,

hidden enemies, subconscious and institutional domains. 

Meditations at this time of the day (6.20am Eastern Daylight Saving Time, Australia)

in Swan Hill will be a very beneficial to unlock and realise limitations, faith, hidden enemies.

Emotional nurturing can re-invigorate actions, and decisions.

When the SUN finally rises: (approx 6.40am Eastern Daylight SavingsTimes), the planet JUPITER will rise just before it. JUPITER will not be seen, however, as the light of the SUN will be so bright. 

• Knowledge will combine with the Spirit

The EAST is the SYMBOL of beginnings and self expression. When the Sun (Spirit centre) rises, the body and mind can feel very strong, fortified and empowered. To have JUPITER (knowledge centre) rise with the SUN can be an extremely empowering and charismatic occurrence.

Between 7.30am and 8.30am: NEPTUNE (faith and vision centre) and CHIRON (spirit healing) are rising. 

• Healing combines with Faith, Inspiration, Vision and Prayer
  

This time can be extremely powerful for visions, prayer, matters of faith and healing, particularly as CHIRON (spirit healing) precedes NEPTUNE's rise by only 15 minute or so. Chiron will rise at about 7.55am and Neptune at about 8.10am.

By 9.30am: (daylight savings time, 25.1.09), the SUN, JUPITER, MERCURY, MARS, and MOON will be in the 11th house, that of fellowship, hopes, wishes and community well being. 

• fellowship with others, and sharing knowledge, ideas, spiritual empathy and having some food, discussions and making new friends.
  

  This is also a good time to have friendly photos under the FIG TREE , with it's deep seated heritage value centred both in Swan Hill and many other places in Australia.

At this time, of 9.30am: (daylight savings time), VENUS (harmony centre) and URANUS (mass consciousness centre) will be heading towards the horizon to rise.  

• Harmony unites Mass Consciousness, Hope and Community

A powerful time to fellowship, create community bond, pray for harmony and peace, fellowship with mankind etc.

It is also a great time to send, en masse, prayers into the subconscious and mass consciousness of humanity, for love, enlightenment and to pray for nuclear threat and uranium mining to cease.

By 10.30am (daylight savings time):  the planetary body of QUAOAR (the manifester) will be at the highest point in the sky. This high point, or MIDHEAVEN, is considered to be a very potent and powerful place for any planetary body. VENUS (harmony centre) and URANUS (mass consciousness centre) will be rising.

• Take note of what birds sing, at this time, what birds make themselves known. Their symbology can be studied and linked to this time of praying for peace, understanding and consciousness shifting.
  
  

  Tensions my be apparent at this time, but rising above it, to promote the realisation of the dream and vision of harmony and peace throughout all of mankind, this tension can create a steep shift in consciousness and perceptions. 

All this, that I am talking about - this grasping of the moment, in time, and using the planetary bodies to enhance human activity and transformation, this prayer, meditation, fellowship and harmony, direction of will and ideas - all these things will have FAR REACHING EFFECTS into the FUTURE. 

Try not to control the moment. Rather, allow it to lead you.

Serendipity will abound on this day, as will grace, so enjoy it, and let stresses of "organisation and preconceived ideas" fade as the spirit becomes empowered in the form and living matter that is SWAN HILL.

About 11am: on 25th Jan 2009, the MOON will be in close approaching conjunction with MARS, passing it not long after midday, 25th January, 2009.  The moon will be close to the sun,  and so this conjunction will take place high in the sky.

And so, what does this mean? Well, the MOON is a symbol for our emotional centre, and MARS is a symbol for our actions and activities of the ego.  Both the MOON and MARS will be approaching a conjunction with MERCURY (symbol for our ideas and communications).

• Emotions, combining with activities and actions, will stimulate our ideas

By 12.40pm: the female influence for the day may start to wane, and the male energy finds its "feet". Things may become a little more mysterious, less understood, more confusing, as the feminine relinquishes control of the day, but, again, just GO WITH THE FLOW.

 And speaking of flow, it will be good to have some water play, at this time, also. Perhaps wetting the feet, in the river?

A youth, a male may turn up about this time? anyway, bathing, wetting the feet, and reposing and resting can be done as the time approaches 1pm. This is a great time to expect nothing, feel a bit lazy and just "drink in" life.

Overall, there appears a general trend for the females to take the lead SUNDAY morning, whilst the males can take the lead that afternoon and the following MONDAY morning, with the women doing the valuable "behind the scenes" work

And now, I shall discuss the FIXED STARS and SABIAN SYMBOLS for this time.

JUPITER and the SUN are approaching OCULUS, a star in the right eye of the constellation CAPRICORN . OCULUS is associated with the TAROT card "WHEEL OF FORTUNE", but indicates a sacrifice of some type is made before good luck comes

SABIAN SYMBOL for JUPITER, SUN, RISING LINE (AC) at 6.40am (daylight saving time, Swan Hill, 25/01/09):

A WORLD-LEADER IS SEEN GUIDED BY HIS ANCESTORS' SPIRITS (The rich ancestral heritage of every individual, which is the potent foundation of character. Direct, real inspiration.) 

Now, having had some experiences with Shri Mataji (only a few), but I can guess enough to suggest that part of her huge spirit will be with anyone meditating at this time, encouraging them and caring for them. And she, herself, will be helped by others, and so this time of the day is most WONDERFUL!!!! There is much good fortune attached, in mythology, with the right eye of Capricorn (OCULUS). So, make the most of it, early on this morning.

The same point will pass, across the eastern horizon, the following day (26th Jan. 2009), but the SABIAN SYMBOL for the SUN,as it rises, will have changed to:

By 5.30 on the evening of the 26th Jan. 2009: SINGING is a great thing to do now

By 6.30pm on the evening of the 26th Jan. 2009: Partnerships will have been formed and transformed, deep changes will be consolidated and lines of communications "firmed up".

There will be a new energy entering the way partnerships are directed, and the theme will be one of nurturing, new beginnings and rebirth. 

The SABIAN SYMBOL for the SUN at this time is:

OUT OF THE COSMIC EGG, LIFE IS BORN FRESH AND VIRGINAL 

This is, again, a wonderful time to visit the FIG TREE and offer it love and respect for all the life it has suppported over the decades. If you can, collection of any fruit, on the ground, for using the seed to plant and disperse as new baby fig trees will be a good thing to do now.

When collecting seed, always empty your mind first, and ask the "land" if it is ok to collect the seed. You will be given an answer if the mind is empty , receptive and clear. Often, when this form of "asking the land" is used, some clear instructions are also "heard". For example, you may "hear" an instruction, such as "plant the seed here or there", bring more water or humus to the tree", bring a rock and place it here or there", "bring some seeds from other plants and spread them here". These are just example, as what nature whispers in the ear of the receptive mind, can be rather diverse, unusual or extremely simple. Just go in love, and you may "hear" the land speak to you, under this tree, if you are quiet and just LISTEN with your heart.

Serendipity and the Art of Two Mollys

There is an astrology website called Molly's Astrology at http://www.north-node.com/ . 

This website offers refreshingly simple ASTROLOGY and interpretation. You will find an interesting article on the Saturn/Uranus opposition on Molly's website at http://www.north-node.com/astrology-articles/saturn-opposite-uranus .

In searching for Molly and her beautiful astrological interpretations, I came across another "Molly", who also has an astrology blog. And, as she had an article featuring CROWS -  http://astrology.about.com/b/2008/09/21/crows-and-the-great-mystery.htm , I have also included her in this article.

Serendipity is a wonderfully continuous event in my life, and I have used it most often, when entering Libraries, and looking for information and books, but now, with the advent of cyber space, it appears that serendipity is alive and well on the internet.
